A triennial project dedicated to Catania and Etna, its volcano, to celebrate the Feast of Time Passing, the New Year's day. A great performance in form of parade keeping the centre of town busy for several days, declining Fire's myth in all its meanings. As energy, as myth, as temptation, as power, as joy, as memory: wonders and monsters, bold acrobats and fearless fire's dancers, in a gigantic story shared by an enormous public, pored into the streets to celebrate together the new millennium.

A big open sky story, a Concert for Elements, conceived to transform - for the short time of a Feast - the space where it takes place: great aerial machines, images' refractions over buildings and water's curtains, using the square's architecture as scenes and wings. The tale is a journey among the different interpretations of the Cosmos.

"Boda - Recordare" (2000)
Staging of a big feast, to celebrate the imaginary marriage between Brazil's Viceroy and the presumptive natural daughter of King Charles. A " Magnificent Entertainment", in the middle of which a white garden architecture, enriched with delicate arabesques - specular to the Royal Palace's façade-, symbolizes the entrance to "jardins de plaisirs", with its recurring arches; a fanciful architecture illuminated by hundreds of thousands lights, symbolizing a "Light's Great Theatre". A sumptuous parade, moving carts, for a Husband and Wife's Bridal Procession.
Celebrations with Baroque Big Circus and a Fireworks Concert.

Realized in Milan in occasion of Bit's 1999 edition thanks to Apulia Province, that gave to Milan some fragments of its beauty and culture: a big sailing ship occupying Octagon, images of Apulia's most beautiful monuments projected on sails; dances and songs on the bridge; ten sailing ships hanging under the vault, creating a suspended sea's illusion.

The oldest and biggest mediterranean baroque Feast (uninterrupted since 1624), in memory of Palermo's liberation from pestilence, thanks to Saint Rosalia, vergin of Palermo. Festino's new edition deals about the pestilence and its remedy, the saint, the miracle, the angel, in an open-air creation lasting four hours and crossing all the town, from Normans' Palace up to the sea, on the night of July, 14th.
Hundreds of artists from all Europe, ships, carts, towers of fire, magnificent machineries, curtains of water, fireworks concert to lighten Palermo, and more than 500.000 people attending.
Palermo's Municipality published a book and a CD to gather event's music and images in three years period.

"Planets" of Gustav Holst (2002)
Staging of images' score, that Holst composed picturing incredible visions to himself, which music made fascinating and comprehensible. In a little town, Santiago Calatrava's architectural jewel, the performance is the first initiative of the project "Architectures Theatres", a subject that harmonizes theatre open air's language to great architects' works.
