NEWSFinally, the Wonder - At last, Studio Festi 13th FINA WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPSOpening ceremonyIn the magical surroundings of the Stadio dei Marmi, Studio Festi was appointed to create this spectacle as the executive producer of the opening ceremony. Among the guests were the President of Italy, Giorgio Napolitano; the President of Parliament, Gianfranco Fini; the Mayor of Rome, Gianni Alemanno; Minister Giorgia Meloni and the Undersecretaries of the President, Gianni Letta and Rocco Crimi.
More than 12,000 people witnessed the event, called "The Symphony of Oceans," which was created by Monica Maimone, stage director, and Valerio Festi. Approximately 200 artists, 200 technicians, 20 stage managers and 400 volunteers came together to create this spectacle. The event began with a narration of the mystery of the oceans’ music, performed by a musician and a young girl. The concept was developed through dance in its most diverse form, incorporating flight, masked faces and painted bodies, to demonstrate the beauty of the movement and emphasize the harmony and grace of the athleticism of swimming.
The visionary scenery made the 'Stadio dei Marmi' part of the event, capitalizing on its imposing appearance and size, and using a screen of some 10,000 square feet, never before used in an official ceremony. External links and downloadsThe ceremony was broadcast live in Rai Sport's Mondovisione:
